Curt Sullan

Curt Sullan was born in Florida and subsequently moved to Chicago Illinois. After college in Maryland, Curt acted as a graphic artist for the National Zoo in Washington DC. He then pursued a career in construction and has for over a decade been working with cast glass. Curt’s influences include architecture and graphic design. Curt lives in Denver where he has a cast glass studio. He has several large glass kilns. Large pieces of glass take many months to cool. Curt’s sculptures continue to evolve and incorporate concepts of minimalism, neomodernism as well as exploiting the transparency of glass to discover contrasts throughout the piece.
